Marine Fish Invertebrates Corals Macroalgae

Snappers:

Snappers are members of the Lutjanidae family which has 17 genera and 103 species. They are found in the tropical and subtropical waters of the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Oceans. Snappers are carnivorous fish with relatively large mouths and enlarged canine teeth. In the wild, they tend to swim at deeper depths. Snappers are hardy fish that generally do well in aquariums, but are very fast growing so large tanks are needed.

Snappers should be fed once a day with a diet consisting of various shaved or chopped meats such as (fish, crustaceans, scallops, and shrimp), and any prepared frozen foods for carnivores. Snappers may eat ornamental crustaceans in the aquarium.
